Buyside Hub Referrals & Near Term Hiring

Buyside Hub is all about community. It’s about all of us coming together to put our compensation out there so we can all get sharper about what comp should look like and what firm culture looks like. I’ve put my own comp data and opinions of where I’ve worked on the site, as have you all.

We have two referral programs going live through October 15th - One for Professionals & One for Undergrad Students

Earn $10 for every person you get join the Buyside Hub community. Whether it’s an Analyst contributing data or a Managing Director contributing data - you’ll become part of the affiliate program and work your way towards getting several coffees or beverages on me.

Student Referral Program:

As the semester kicks off, we’re starting to kick off work with top undergraduate finance clubs to get students familiar with what Buyside Hub has to offer - and drive as many new and future Buyside Hub contributors as humanly possible.

If you’re a student and you think you can drive at least a dozen other top students onto Buyside Hub, please reach out ([email protected]) and we’ll figure out what we can do from an ambassadorship standpoint. Ideally we would like you to drive “dozens” of new signups, but we’ll call a dozen as the table stakes given students are 2-4 years away from being able to meaningfully contribute to the growth of Buyside Hub (they can of course access our Internship Board day one though).

I love hustling and am not afraid to do things in a “things that don’t scale” fashion to drive growth in this platform. I’m incredibly passionate of what Buyside Hub is today, the value it is providing, and the value that can produced if we execute.
