That’s why we’re dropping the results of our next survey over the next few weeks - a survey covering intern season.

Professionals, we want to hear from you:
Now that we’re nearing the end of intern season, I’m curious what you guys think of your intern class: Are they improving, are you going to be able to give offers, what are your overall thoughts, etc. Submit your view and gain an additional 3 months of full access to Buyside Hub. Here’s some of the core items we want to hear:
Do you think your interns are exceeding, meeting, or below expectations?
On a % basis, how many offers are you going to be able to give?
What Industry are you in?
Has AI helped them or hindered them?
How are their soft skills and how are their technical skills?
Are they progressing well week-over-week?
How would you compare them to prior classes?
What else should our survey collection team know?
Students, we also want to hear from you:
On the flip side, there are thousands of students who are reading this right now. We’re going to share these results so you can improve as young professionals, but we also want to hear from you. Is your internship living up to your expectations? Do you think you’re performing well? What are you doing well? What feedback are you being provided? We’re hoping to have some good feedback to share with interns to help them grow as professionals. Because that’s our goal here - we want to see as many people as possible blossom into successful professionals and receive return offers.
Results will drop prior to intern season ending!
