Introducing Job Alerts

Welcome back! We’re going to continue on with our 1x/week on Fridays cadence over the next month or so as we roll out some more features and zone in more on our Buyside Job Board.

We added a lot of new users over the past couple of weeks since the launch of the Comp Survey. Note, every comp datapoint submitted afterwards isn’t part of the Comp Survey, but can be searched individually and is flowing into our Industry Analytics section.

Introducing Job Alerts

We’re focused on having high quality jobs flowing into the job board - and now we have added the ability for you to customize the job alerts you receive. Head to the Job Board page, initiate a search, and then you can “Create Alert” based on the search.

You can set up job alerts for multiple industries, which you will receive a 1x/day alert for. You can unsubscribe from these job alerts by going to the “Manage Alerts” button at any time.

What’s on the Industry Analytics page:

• Very beautiful graphics showing Base and Bonus Comp by Industry

• Filters by Sector and Location: For now, we’ve focused on the following categories: 1) the USA 2) the USA less NYC 3) NYC 4) London 5) Canada

• An aggregation of deferred comp details by industry: This allows you to get a better picture of carry and equity awards by industry

• Industry Summary Statistics: These are similar to the Comp Survey tables. These include Avg. Base and Bonus numbers, average and median hours worked, and 75th percentile comp and hours data.

Only Buyside Comp datapoints will result in access being granted soon: Effective April 1st, Sell-side users will need to sign up for annual plans or leverage promotional events to gain access. Buyside users who continue submitting comp data will continue to gain another 12 months of access.

Annual plans for new users are rising: Effective April 1st, Annual plans for new users are increasing from $59.99/year to $76.99/year. If you want to sign up for an annual paid plan, make sure you sign up before March ends.
