Shipping Internships

Welcome back everyone! It’s time for our bi-weekly update. I have a quick update on something we quickly shipped last week: Internships

We are very early innings, but have internship postings across JPM, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Solomon Partners, PIMCO, and more. We are very early innings here, but this is a big focus for us. On our Job Board there is also now a filter for just Internships.

Buyside Hub in general is all about tapping into my experience as a clueless, non-target Buyside investor who didn’t understand how much I should get paid, what a firm’s culture was like, and how to prepare for an interview.

The internship stuff is really important to me - not everyone is going to have a clean, straight-forward path to wall street. It’s a lot harder for kids now a days - and I want to give them tools that help them eventually make it to the buyside.

Remember - our Investment Banking compensation report will drop in late August - bonus numbers for the summer cycle is coming soon.

And as a refresher - Buyside professional compensation numbers/dashboards are updated every single day. Our regular day in the life involves 1) approving a Private Credit Senior Associate here - 2) approving a Private Equity Associate here - 3) Approving a Senior Professional making 500k+ here - and on, and on, and on. Which is why I’m bullish the platform. I want to arm you guys with as much data and insights as possible.
