Focus on direct investing with activities based on the deployment of firm capital
Develop and manage a portfolio focused on defense investments
Focus on both middle market and lower middle market opportunities
PE Role in Denver:
Rallyday Partners is hiring a Private Equity Associate (Denver, Colorado). Rallyday is a “by founders, for founders” shop where an Associate will:
Conduct detailed analysis and modeling
Support portfolio company management teams
Drive post-close value creation initiatives

AI Proof your Career:
Last time we talked, we brought up how a lot of Buyside leaders are actually bullish finance professional hiring. In a newsletter I posted over on the flagship newsletter last week, I covered what AI could do to Buyside, private markets, hedgefund and other exit opp type roles.
Overall, I don’t think it’s doom and gloom. Your Analyst/Associate classes might become smaller, but there’s a lot of “HALO” type investments - (Hard Assets, Low Obsolescence) companies that will be insulated and provide strong investment opportunities across SMB and MM company sizes.
