Opening up our Board

Opening up the Posting Board to all Users

Welcome back!

We’ve continued to see robust comp submissions over the past week, so make sure to continue to surf Buyside Hub.

Here’s this week’s update:

We’re opening the board up for every user:

While you need to contribute comp data and culture insights, or sign up for a paid plan, in order to view our Comp and Culture data (as well as our upcoming Analytics page and Comp Report) we’ve decided to open up the board for every user.

We’ve mainly been focusing on adding new jobs to the job board and enhancing our comp data information, but wanted to work on ways to invigorate board discussions and questions.

When the board first launched, I ran an AMA. Consider the AMA re-opened for business. I’ll try to get through your questions quickly and promptly.

Ideally, this is a place where you can ask industry related questions, or ask specifically about a firm’s culture.

Check out our board today.

Other big announcements coming soon:

  1. The Annual Comp Survey is dropping imminently (Early March)

  2. Our Industry Analytics tab is dropping imminently (we’ll explain more next week)

Here’s a sneak peak of our Analytics page. As of now, this is the average compensation of every user who has submitted comp datapoints since inception.

Jobs of the Week:

We’ve added several new companies to our job board over the past week. See some of the highlighted jobs below.

If you want to learn how to recruit with Buyside Hub and make placements on the job board, please email [email protected].

Please also reach that email with any customer support questions.

Best,

Harry
