Welcome back!

We’re now 3 weeks into the launch of Buyside Hub and nearing peak bonus season. If you haven’t contributed yet, we’d love to have you contribute in advance of our annual Wall Street Compensation Survey, which will drop in March and will be accessible only on Buyside Hub.

As a refresher, we need verifiable compensation data and detailed culture information in order to accept your submission.

Let’s get into the latest updates.

Filter by Industry

While, this isn’t a new feature, I wanted to highlight the capabilities Buyside Hub has. We have several different sectors we sort by, but “High Yield/Leveraged Loans” was one we introduced a few weeks ago.

If you go to our Compensation page and search by High Yield, you’ll see that we’ve received 5 pages worth of High Yield/Leveraged Loans specific compensation data.

Adding Interviews to our workflow

Two weeks ago, we added Interviews as one of the features on the site. As of earlier this week, we’ve made Interviews part of the onboarding questionnaire. Even if you’ve already successfully contributed information, we’d love to have you contribute information about some of the shops you’ve interviewed at. Whether it was a successful interview, or whether they told you to take a hike, we’d love to get your experiences on our platform.

“It takes a village” and the quality of Buyside Hub is very much contingent on the help of the Buyside community. 🤝
