The 2026 Annual Comp Report Date
Plus a ton of new jobs
Welcome back!
Hope everyone is having a good bonus season so far. We’re seeing a lot of people have some pretty incredible years, so congratulations across the board!
The Buyside Hub team has been hard at work and we’ll have some cool items dropping throughout the coming months. Most notably, with the new year starting, we’re seeing a pick up in some solid job opportunities. But first, let’s get into Comp report timing:
The 2026 Compensation Report:
We will be launching the 2026 Compensation Report in Mid-March. It will be on March 17th at the absolute latest. Here’s what’s important to remember.
Your contribution access length must be in effect in order to view the report. Note that for contributions, we give up to 3-6 months for IB professionals (depending on seniority) and up to 9-12 months for Buyside professionals. Alternatively, you can sign up for a quarterly or annual plan.
Even AFTER the report comes out we will get even more data to add to it. Typically, when our reports drop we add even more info to it after the fact as more professionals submit info. This dynamic report keeps things fresh and keeps the analytics coming in.
To be frank, when the platform released it’s first survey last year, we had 2.7k users. We have 12.1k users now. This will be insanely robust.
This includes detailed submission analysis for Private Equity, Private Credit, Credit, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Sell-Side, Hedge Fund, and Corp Dev professionals.
In the meantime, access the Industry Analytics tab, to play around with industry data, and visit the Compensation page to search for granular data.
