- It's Time to Resubmit for Bonus Season
Welcome back! Hope everyone is doing well and (fingers crossed) are having good bonus discussions. I know a lot of you have had your discussions already or are a week or two away from finding out.
In advance of the annual compensation report, which is < 1 month away, we’re continuing our growth of ~1,000 users a month. This further deepens the analysis and perspectives we can share across the community, dramatically improving:
Compensation datapoints and overall industry analysis
Depth of culture insights at buyside and sellside firms
Depth and range of real-life interview questions by role and industry

Like we expressed in our December year-end update, access lengths are very much dependent on the quality of the answers provided. The Buyside earns 6-12 months, the Sellside earns 1-6 months, dependent on seniority and answers, and Interns earn 1 month of access. Alternatively, you sign up for a paid quarterly or annual plan.
Student Partnerships:
We are in the midst of deepening our partnership with universities and finance clubs. We’ve had some incredible partnerships with some great student groups over the past several months.
In particular, we’d like to shoutout Indiana and Wharton for their incredible collaboration with us this year. You guys in particular rock!
We’re already looking ahead to the 2026-2027 academic year. We are working on some solutions that we can provide student orgs for free, so if you are a student who is heavily involved on campus, just reply. We’d love to get in touch with you to expand the resources we’re able to provide for you.
